This past week we boarded a plane to Orlando to visit Disneyworld. Our baseball team was competing in Spring Training at Disney's Wide World of Sports and we decided to make it a family vacation. If you didn't know already Justin is now the head coach (our previous coach made some bad decisions and had to resign). So Justin took over the team and this trip. To make a looong story short we got there and waited an hour to get our room key and found out that they messed up our passes and we just had base tickets and not park hopper tickets. Parents were upset and Justin was stressed so the next day while everyone was at the sports complex I waited 5 hours to see if I could get it worked out. I was furious and very frustrated. As most of you probably know I do not like confrontation and at one point I started crying and this woman that worked there took pity on me and helped get everyones tickets upgraded. Reagan was so good during this time and just played in the lobby (thank goodness). Not only were the tickets messed up but several other things as well. By this point I was mentally drained and ready to come home!
When we finally got our tickets me and Reagan went to a waterpark and had a really good time. We also visited Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and downtown disney while we were there. Reagan loved Magic Kingdom and was pointing to everything saying look, look. She especially liked the castle, even more so when it was pink at night. The highlight of our trip was our dinner with Cinderella and her family at the Grand Floridian. Reagan really liked the BIG plate of ice cream they brought at the end. Of course she didn't go to bed until after 11:00 that night (now I know why we don't let her eat sweets very often).
Despite all our problems in the beginning we did have a good but exhausting trip.
