Fancy Nancy Tea Party

This past Saturday Reagan and I had a mommy daughter day. I love our special times together and she is such a good shopping buddy. We love Fancy Nancy books at our house and I got an email from a toy store that said they were hosting a Fancy Nancy tea party. We decided to combine it with Japanese for lunch (her favorite and mine) and a little shopping.

Making a worker there "fancy" , she was just too plain.

They had the girls make tiaras and candy necklaces. Look at that concentration! She did tell me that one of her candies was messed up so she would just have to eat it...ha.

She liked playing in the store. This trampoline was her favorite.

Reagan's new room

We have recently moved Reagan to the back bedroom so that we can start fixing Carson's room. She still sleeps with us but says that when she is a big girl she will sleep in her bed. I asked her when is she going to be a big girl and she said when Carson gets here. We will see :) I really like how it turned out.

Got this idea from Pinterest...love that site.

This bed is great because it has so much room underneath for storage. We have 2 huge tubs for all her toys and one for shoes.

We are almost done with Carson's room and I will post pics soon.

26 weeks

This week I am 26 weeks along. I am sooo ready for April to get here. I am definitely not like some women who love being pregnant. Thankfully though, I am feeling pretty good. There have been no back aches like I had with Reagan and I am hoping that it continues to be that way! I haven't really had any cravings but I have had prego brain where my memory is HORRIBLE, and I don't know what this is about but sometimes I break out in uncontrollable laughter at very inappropriate times!

Reagan is so excited about baby Carson. She sings to him, kisses and hugs him, and talks about all the things that she is going to do with him. I think that she will be a big help.

Excited big sister!

Christmas

I apologize, I am so behind on blogging that I am combining all Christmas exchanges in this post.

Christmas season began with a visit from the Jennings clan. (Justins grandparents, aunt, uncle, and cousins) We always have such a good time with them and enjoy getting together! Reagan LOVES her cousin Mark and was so excited to get to see him that she made a plan for when he got here. She wanted to watch Tangled and have popcorn and hot chocolate.

Reagan with Aunt Karen. She told me this was her favorite gift....she loves playing kitchen and also helping me cook.

Reagan's class was the entertainment at our Sunday night breakfast meal. She was getting real close to that microphone. I was afraid of what she might say but she did such a good job. I was so proud!

Reagan recieved a tea set and crown and jewelry from daycare so she had to come right home and have a tea party.

Looking cute!

We enjoyed a good supper by Shirley (she made everyones favorites) and a fun exchange and game with everyone.

Aunt Carmen got Reagan a Baby Alive doll and it is like having a 2nd child already. It eats what looks like real baby food and then peas and poops. Reagan fed it so much water that she peed all in her diaper, all over Reagan, me, and the floor!

We were so excited that my family could all be together this Christmas. Luke had finished his year in Korea and got to be with us. Reagan had such a good time with everyone. She enjoyed feeding the horses, painting, meeting Lauras new boyfriend, baking cookies with Nana, playing with the dogs, and so much more.

Loving on pawpaw.

Not quite awake yet Christmas morning.

Our second Christmas morning.

She LOVES her new race car!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Train Ride to the North Pole

This year we made our second annual train ride to the North Pole with our good friends the Birds. We decided to ride the Three Rivers Rambler out of Knoxville and were so glad we did. It was such a fun experience! Reagan and her friends Brooks and Braden loved it.

So excited!!

Here is my ticket Mr. Conductor.

Enjoying the cookies, juice, and hot chocolate.

Reagan was a little tolerable of Santa this year because I told her if she didn't tell Santa what she wanted then he wouldn't know what to bring her. She was so precious and asked for a race car and hand sanitizer.

She still would go nowhere near his lap though!

Elfis (Elvis) the Elf

This year we started a new tradition called Elf on a Shelf. We read the book and then Reagan named him Elvis. She loved waking up each morning to see where the Elf was at. I know the number one rule for the Elf is not to touch him but that did not go over very well! She wanted to just love on him.
